When you next login to SmartPayroll look for the “Walk Me Through” notice at the top of your screen.
Just click on it and you’ll see a menu of help items. Click one and follow the bubbles.
It’s easy and fun so give it a try and see what you think. And yes, over the next few months we’ll be adding lots more topics for you to choose from.
What’s happening with the helpdesk?
Nothing at all except it’s growing. With over 300 new businesses signing up each month we’re currently training a lot more helpdesk people to be on hand when you call.
We’re also exploring better technology to manage helpdesk calls to make it easier for you so watch this space!
